Terms & Conditions for Online Transactions

By placing an order for goods or services offered or promoted herein, you will be deemed to have agreed to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State courts of Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma for resolution of any dispute you have relating to such goods or services. Photographs of products on this web site are representative of the actual products. However, items may differ slightly in actual size, color, and shape from those pictured on the web site. Also, color variations in monitors and/or printer settings may occur and are not within our ability to control. Please be aware of this when ordering. While every precaution has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the descriptions, errors may occur and if something goes wrong, we are committed to providing you with the best customer service possible to find a solution. Also, you may print out any of the pages from the web site and circle the items you wish to order and mail it to us along with your payment by check or money order. Please note that personal checks may require as much as three (3) to four (4) weeks to clear before we will ship out your order. International Orders

Unfortunately, International orders can only be processed with prior approval from us.  International destinations will incur additional shipping charges. Any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Please contact us at store@falconrods.com if you like us to ship an order outside the U.S.A.
